Over time and with experience in business, I have seen the vast majority of people drop their own business development almost always for the same reasons, I have seen the lack of business leadership as a constant in the failure of each business to which I have seen it done.

Most business owners are frustrated with it, the main reason is that they are entrepreneurs but they really are an employee more within their own company.

I have seen many cases where business owners that work for a living within the same company, this of course makes employees and not as it should be entrepreneurs.

Many business owners turn into a thousand uses in its business, sell, charge, fix machinery, answering the phone, cleaning, serving the customer, ask for budgets, purchasing, fight provider that is heavy for me turns to speak on this subject, but unfortunately it’s the truth, and I keep seeing over and over again.

Of course all these activities the “businessman” feels imprisoned, beaten and exhausted, especially the feeling of not having enough time to handle all these tasks you perform daily.

The biggest mistake business

Of course what I have to say is the worst mistake you can make an entrepreneur when he wants to be, want to bring out all the important tasks that “nobody else can do as he” is the worst way to think about to create a company that is successful.

And is not that small and medium businesses do all the work for them to do so, or need, but because I think they should do it, even some people think that is the only system that can run a business.

Unfortunately this is the worst way of thinking in the business world, this thought becomes a tombstone for a business, believing that to be successful a company has to learn how to do everything whether they like it or not, of course this will make the business owner a slave to his own company.

I think so. As you are the business owner, you think you’re responsible for everything, even think that you are the owner of all the money that is generated (not), just as you think your financial life is at stake, you press, drown you with a thousand thoughts that something may go wrong if you are not there to fix it.

Unfortunately this is the kind of thinking that leads to small businesses to be “only that” very small.

Of course, this thought becomes a tragedy of life that immerses the business owner, and makes a disabled person that prevents him from seeing the great potential of your company to become a successful special event and business development .

How to solve the error?
