Your Workers are Entitled to Leisure Too!
Being the head of a business of a company does not mean that you are entitled to make slaves out of your workers. In fact, you should always keep in mind that your people make it possible for you to attain the success that you have right now.
That is why once in a while, there are gatherings or events that would take the stress off from their employees. There are fun parties that are so different from typical work environment. But workers anticipate those events that are away from the hustle and bustle of the city life such as hiking or camping.
Camping with your workers or letting them camp for a day or two with their fellow employees can be a form of leisure while teaching them the values that they need to apply in a business company. They would learn the value of teamwork, how to relate with all kinds of people, how to have fun amid the stressful time, and so many others.
With this kind of activity, you would also get to learn more about your employees as well. You will have an idea about their real personality especially once they are away from the office. Therefore, camping can also be a great time to evaluate those who work for you as well and not just give them time away from work.
